There are two reasons why you might not see any task lists in the app:
- There are no Task Lists imported or created for your selected location. If this is the case and you are the location manager you can log in to the Fresh Tools web app (tools.ftservices.cloud), select Fresh Tasks, Location Task Lists and choose to import Brand Task Lists or create Location Task Lists. Otherwise, you will need to contact your location manager or brand administrator to get task lists set up.
- You might not have a role with permission to complete any task lists. Each task list is given a role, and users with a role equal to or higher than the assigned role can complete the task list. If this is the case, you will need to contact your brand administrator to either give you a higher role or to modify the task lists to use a lower role.
